Things We Used to Love (TWUTL)
Pre-loved KPOP MD Consignment Process

  1. Consignor may reach out to the Consignee through email / social media / in-store with the intention of entering a consignment agreement for their rightfully owned Goods.
  2. An authorized representative of the Consignee inspects the Goods and evaluates the Goods to determine a suggested selling price based on item condition, market value, and demand. Consignor may accept or reject the suggested selling price and declare their own selling price.
  3. Consignee may reject goods based on item condition, inventory, demand, and other factors that deem Goods as unsellable.
  4. A consignment agreement must be signed by both the Consignor and the Consignee (as represented) before the Goods are displayed for sale. The consignment agreement must be detailed as possible, following the Consignee’s template. A consignment agreement is valid for three months and can be consequently renewed once. Should the agreement for the same item expire twice consecutively, the item cannot be entered into another agreement until a 90-day period has passed.
  5. Once the item is sold, commission will be computed as follows:
Selling Price X .30 = Consignee Commission
Selling Price X .70 = Consignor Share
  1. The Consignee may release the Consignor Share fifteen (15) business days after the Goods are sold. Consignor Share will be released in the form of check.
  2. The Consignor agrees that the Goods will be in possession of the Consignee for the whole duration that the consignment agreement is in effect. Should the Goods be pulled out by the Consignor while the consignment agreement is in effect, there will be a stocking fee of Php 200 or 5% of the selling price, whichever is higher, payable to the Consignee.
  3. At any given time, one Consignor may apply for consignment services of five (5) Goods maximum. Goods are counted as one entity if they have singular declared value. For example:
    1. a bag with 3 pieces (bag, additional strap, and keyring) will be a singular good if the consignor opts to sell it with one value in exchange of the three pieces. In this case, the bag counts towards one (1) slot out of the five (5)  goods allotted for the Consignor.
    2. an album including the pre-order benefits (photocard and poster) is considered a single good unless the Consignor decides to sell the inclusions individually. In this case, the album, the photocard, and poster are counted separately, and takes three (3) slots out of the five (5) goods allotted for the Consignor.
  4. Exceptions on the total number of consigned goods per Consignor may be made based on the total number of Goods currently consigned and on the jurisdiction of Consignee’s authorized representative.
  5. At any given time, the Consignee should have a maximum of 25 Goods consigned. The Consignee can only accept new Goods for consignment once current consigned items are sold or if a consignment agreement of current Goods has expired and will not be renewed.
  6. The Consignee will not be held liable for any damage that may occur to the goods during the agreement. However, the Goods will be stored properly, following the Consignee’s standards.
